Appointment Guidelines

Once a time is specifically set aside for you, whether it is a single appointment or a weekly standing appointment,  it is expected that all appointments be kept as scheduled. Should unforeseen circumstances make it impossible to keep an appointment, please notify the office as early as possible through our 24-hour answering service.* Every effort will be made to reschedule during that week.

Same-day cancellation of a standing appointment may result in a charge for that session.

Failure to keep a standing appointment without prior notice will result in a full-fee charge due at the next session. It is necessary to enforce such a policy in view of the commitment made by this office in reserving that block of time specifically for your child, often to the exclusion of other children desiring appointments.

*Notification by email will serve as confirmation of the cancellation, but will not take the place of an initial contact with the answering service to avoid possible charges.
